Ergonomic Training

Ergonomics training aims to provide greater practical guidance for all the relevant personnel to ensure safer jobs with reduction in injuries including workers, supervisors, engineers, managers, administrators, helpers etc.

  • Ergonomics is divided into three major categories.
Ergonomics (Physical Ergonomics). Physical ergonomics is primarily concerned with the physiological interactions between humans and their activities.
  • Ergonomics of the Mind.
  • Ergonomics in Organizations.

There are five aspects of ergonomics: safety, comfort, ease of use, productivity/performance, and aesthetics. Ergonomics is a science concerned with the ‘fit’ between people and their work.
