What’s Rehabilitation

A rehabilitation organization that provides physiotherapy services, occupational therapy, speech therapy services and orthopedic technology can have a mission statement that reflects its purpose and values. For example, “Our mission is to provide high-quality rehabilitation services that empower individuals to achieve their full potential and improve their quality of life.”¹

The vision statement can describe what the organization aims to achieve in the future. For example, “Our vision is to become a leading provider of rehabilitation services in our community by offering innovative and evidence-based treatments that meet the unique needs of each individual.”²

The goals of the organization can be specific and measurable objectives that help it achieve its mission and vision. For example, some goals could be to increase patient satisfaction rates by 10% within the next year or to expand services to a new location within the next two years.²

I hope this helps you get started on drafting your mission, vision, and goals for your rehabilitation organization.
